Who can participate?
The competition is open to any company with an innovative product or service in one of the categories HR Software & Hardware, Training & Learning, Recruiting & Attraction and in the special category HR Transformation & Consulting which was launched on the market after last year's Zukunft Personal Europe. For companies exhibiting at the Zukunft Personal Europe, participation is free of charge. All other companies must pay a one-off participation fee of €290.00. Employees of spring Messe Management GmbH or the jury members' companies are excluded from taking part in the competition.
Application process in general
Please read through the application form first to get a feel for what information is required. You can also upload attachments such as product drawings or demonstrations to make it easier to visualise your submission. PDF files and JPEG images up to a max. of 5 MB are permitted. You will receive a confirmation mail when the submission has been successfully sent.
The assessment of your submissions will involve a multi-stage procedure by a high-calibre jury with representatives from industry, academia and the media. In summer, the committee will hold an official meeting, discuss the submissions and select the finalists and winners in the individual categories. We will advise you in good time whether you were successful with your submission.
All finalists will then receive an invitation to the award ceremony during the opening event of Zukunft Personal Europe in Cologne. All finalists must also submit a fact sheet on the company, a 30-second video, their logo and the content for social media before the award ceremony. More details will be given as necessary.
The winners in the individual categories will be officially announced in the Keynote Arena, the main stage of the Zukunft Personal Europe. A high-calibre supporting programme with distinguished speakers promises to make the exclusive HR Innovation Award ceremony a highly prestigious event.
