HR Innovation Award

Digitalisation is one of the most important drivers of innovation: it transforms our working environment and creates new challenges for the HR industry. The HR Innovation Award recognises dynamic enterprises that explore totally new paths with their products. Its objective is the advancement of the markets innovative power, and to offer innovators a stage in the spotlight of the media’s attention.

The HR Innovation Award winners will be presented during the official opening of the Zukunft Personal Europe, the flagship ExpoEvent for all matters concerning the World of Work.

A highly qualified jury made up of academics, media representatives and business people judges your entries and selects the winners and finalists in four categories: HR Software & Hardware, Training & Learning, Recruiting & Attraction as well as the special category HR Transformation & Consulting.

The award ceremony and your benefit

The awards will be presented during the opening ceremony of the Zukunft Personal Europe at 10 a.m. The prizes include:

High-value media package

The media partners of the HR Innovation Award as well as the exhibition Zukunft Personal Europe will promote the winners in each category with a high-value media package. This will include a series of interviews in the Haufe Group's publication "personalmagazin", an advertising quota in the high-circulation programme media of Zukunft Personal Europe and a digital media presence in the form of banner placements and newsletter advertisements.
