Apply for the HR Innovation Award untill 31.07.2018!
The competition is open to any company with an innovative product or service in one of the categories HR Software & Hardware, Training & Learning, Recruiting & Attraction and in the special category HR Transformation & Consulting which was launched on the market after last year's Zukunft Personal Europe.
Application process in general
This year, your application documents will not be submitted by e-mail but by completing an online application form. Here you have the chance to highlight the uniqueness and innovative strength of your product or service compared to other market players in each of the criteria. Applications may be submitted until 31.07.2018. After the successful submission of your application using the online application form, you will find out if you have been successful by 27.08.2018.
Preparations for the submission of your application documents
There are various fields in the online application form which will allow you to present your product or your service in the best light in relation to the individual assessment criteria. Please do click through the online application form first to get a feel for what information is required. You can also get a summary of what is required for your application here. The application has only been successfully submitted when the online application form has been completed in full and successfully sent.
Submission of your application
Please read the information sheet and gather all the data you need to complete the online application form in one go. It is not possible to save parts of the data you have entered in the online application form! Please also note the maximum number of characters! You can also upload attachments such as product drawings or demonstrations to make it easier to visualise your submission. PDF files and JPEG images up to a max. of 5 MB are permitted. You will receive a confirmation mail with all the data you have given when the submission has been successfully sent.
For companies exhibiting at the Zukunft Personal Europe, participation is free of charge. All other companies must pay a one-off participation fee of €290.00. Employees of spring Messe Management GmbH or the jury members' companies are excluded from taking part in the competition.

The assessment of your submissions will involve a multi-stage procedure by a high-calibre jury with representatives from industry, academia and the media. At the beginning of September, the committee will hold an official meeting, discuss the submissions and select the finalists and winners in the individual categories. We will advise you in good time whether you were successful with your submission.
All finalists will then receive an invitation to the award ceremony during the opening event of Zukunft Personal Europe in Cologne. All finalists must also submit a fact sheet on the company, a 30-second video, their logo and the content for social media before the award ceremony. More details will be given as necessary.
The winners in the individual categories will be officially announced in the Keynote Arena, the main stage of the Zukunft Personal Europe. A high-calibre supporting programme with distinguished speakers promises to make the exclusive HR Innovation Award ceremony a highly prestigious event.
