The Zukunft Personal, also known as the HRM Expo, has long been synonymous with innovation: each year companies and thought leaders from the human resource sector come together in Cologne to showcase their exceptional ideas and conceptual forward thinking, and by doing so injecting fresh impetus into the industry. We want to recognize this concentrated innovation power with a very special event: for the first time ever in 2016, the exclusive HR Innovation Award was awarded during the official trade fair opening.
