The Zukunft Personal, also known as the HRM Expo, has long been synonymous with innovation: each year companies and thought leaders from the human resource sector come together in Cologne to showcase their exceptional ideas and conceptual forward thinking, and by doing so injecting fresh impetus into the industry. This is what makes the Zukunft Personal Europe‘s most dynamic hub for HR decision makers. We want to recognize this concentrated innovation power with a very special event: for the first time ever in 2016, the exclusive HR Innovation Award was awarded during the official trade fair opening.
Digitalisation is an important accelerator of innovation, and it is also bringing movement and profound change into the world of work. We cannot know what the future holds exactly, but one thing is certain: the pace of change is rapid! Just a few years ago, no one would have thought it possible that we would work remotely, totally independent from our location and the time. The HR Innovation Award recognises dynamic enterprises that explore totally new paths with their products. Its objective is the advancement of the markets innovative power, and to offer innovators a stage in the spotlight of the media’s attention.
The HR Innovation Award winners will be presented during the official opening of the Zukunft Personal, Europe’s largest exhibition for human resource management.
A highly qualified jury made up of academics, media representatives and business people judges your entries and selects the winners and finalists in four categories: Software & Hardware, Recruiting & Consulting, Training & Learning as well as HR Services & Operations.

Terms and Conditions
- Eligible are companies launching an innovative HR product/service in one of the following categories for the first time as part of the HR Innovation Award.
- Companies exhibiting at the Zukunft Personal can enter free of charge. For any other companies a participation fee of €290 applies.
- Excluded from any participation are employees of the spring Messe Management GmbH as well as companies connected to the members of the award jury.
